Electrical Engineer

In this position the candidate will be responsible for the complete design of electrical schematics with detailed electrical parts lists. They will also need to interface directly with manufacturing to provide support to the electrical department for building of the machines and cabinets. The primary goal being to perform a complete CNC or PLC controls upgrade on rebuilt or recontrolled gear machinery.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in AutoCAD with the AutoCAD electrical package. They should have knowledge of CNC and PLC designs for machine tools.

This position requires a thorough knowledge of machine tool electrical systems, electronic principles, servo and feedback systems, electro-mechanical systems. Plus a basic understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication systems.

Prior work experience designing systems around GE Fanuc, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Indramat or NUM CNC's is desirable.

Requirements:

• Fluent in AutoCAD Electrical
• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of NFPA 79 regulations.
• Valid drivers license.
• Occasional travel is required for design review on customer sites.

Electronic Service Engineer

This position will require approximately 80% travel to destinations usually within the continental US, and occasionally Canada, Mexico or off shore locations.

The position requires a thorough knowledge of machine tool electrical systems, electronic principles, servo and feedback systems, electro-mechanical systems, hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication systems. In addition, knowledge of CNC programming principles and ladder logic are also required.

Prior training or work experience on either Fanuc, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Indramat or NUM CNC's is required.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the servicing or repairing of machine tools is required for this position.
• Your own tools.
• Valid drivers license.

Mechanical Service Engineer

This position will require approximately 80% travel to destinations usually within the continental US, and occasionally Canada, Mexico or off shore locations.

The position requires a thorough knowledge of machine tool mechanical systems such as ballscrew drives, ways and gibs, gear lash adjustments, tooling setup, hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication systems, tool room machine usage, tolerances, mechanical blueprint reading, bearing preloads and machine alignments.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the building, rebuilding or repairing of machine tools is required for this position.
• Your own tools.
• Valid drivers license.

Machine Assembler/Builder
